We sincerely hope this message finds you and your loved ones well and in good health.

We are currently facing an unprecedented situation and we must all, each in our own way, take the necessary steps to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

In face of these new facts, at Villa Despina we are implementing high standards of cleanliness and hygiene and operate in accordance with the World Health Organization recommendations and the Greek Government guidelines.

• The cleaning frequency during a stay will increase from 2 to 3 days and will take place at the same time as the bed sheet & towel changes, so that contact with our staff is reduced to bare minimum.
• During their stay and between cleaning schedules our guests will be able to leave their bathroom & garbage bins outside of their accommodation entrance and it will be collected by our cleaning staff without any contact.
• Mandatory check-out until 11:00 and check-in after 16:00 for all our guests to ensure sufficient time periods for the rooms to be properly sanitized and aired.
• Room disinfection will be provided immediately after Check-out with UV light, ozone, and steam devices besides the thorough spot-by-spot cleaning process.
• Our guests have the option to choose for a 24h difference between the previous check out and their check in, at an extra cost.
• Our staff is using personal protection equipment (PPE) and had sufficient training on hygiene measures.
• Free sanitizing gel is available in every room.
• Sanitizing spots will be available in the common areas & the beach bar.
• Daily disinfection of all our beach cabanas & at least 2m distance between each other.
• Check in prior to arrival.
• There will be no information leaflets inside the rooms. Guests will receive them in PDF form prior to their arrival.
