Accommodation Conditions

• The residential area is reserved exclusively for registered guests. Visitors who are not staying at the property are not permitted in the rooms or common residential areas.
• One parking space is provided per studio/apartment and is available within the property premises.
• One beach umbrella per Studio/Apartment/Suite is included in the accommodation rate and available for use at our beach bar.
• For hygiene and licensing reasons, the consumption of food and beverages brought from outside is not permitted in the beach bar area.
• Guests who prefer not to use the beach bar services are welcome to enjoy complimentary sunbeds and umbrellas, available in the designated area adjacent to the beach bar.
• Villa Despina Halkidiki is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted only on balconies or terraces, provided it does not disturb other guests.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times throughout the property.
• Villa Despina Halkidiki cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings occurring within the property premises.
• Guests are kindly requested to respect the comfort of others by avoiding excessive noise, particularly during Quiet Hours:
  15:00–17:00 and 23:00–08:00.
• Pets are not permitted at Villa Despina Halkidiki.
• To maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for all guests, group reservations are limited to a maximum of two families or two rooms.
